How was the KC Brew Fest this year?

This is Crane’s second year, what are some of the biggest learning experiences you all have had?

How important is team chemistry? Is it difficult navigating all these personalities toward a common goal?

You have 12 oz 6 packs of non sour beers: Farmhouse IPA, Omar Porter and Trailsmith Farmhouse Ale. Why glass and not cans?

Will  you all be doing more .375 ml bottles?

Most of your beers are moderate to low ABV, is that intentional. Do you want more sessionable stuff?

Discuss recent releases: Berry Weiss, Mexican Cake Illuminati, Casting Pearls

You have been doing regular NE IPA’s  for the Taproom, How has that been going?

How is brewing an NE IPA different from a regular IPA?

Is it tough keeping pace with the steady stream of new releases?

What are the experimental things are you all are doing, Hop Varieties, barrels, yeast strains, ingredients?
