KC SOCIAL BEER & Fitness Challenge

RULES of FITNESS CLUB 4-8 WEEKS FEB-March:
#1 Any type of cardio exercise at least 3 days a week:
- RUN
- Dance
- Bike
- Hike
- Row
- Whatever
#2 Do at least 1 leg exercise or 1 weight training exercise EVERYDAY:
Leg Examples:
#3 Eliminate or greatly reduce one junk food item from your diet. Examples:
- Soda
- Candy
- Ice Cream
- Bread
#4 Pick a day preferably Saturday or Sunday to enjoy a BEER
Pumpkin Beers All Around!

Happy October!
We did an extensive Pumpkin beer review awhile back. We include the history of pumpkin beer.
If I could update the video I would add Boulevards Funky Pumpkin to the lineup.
Funky Pumpkin is a very unique treat. The beer smells of Brett and spice and taste like Pumpkin spices with mildly acidic sourness. This beer is definitely not for everyone but it is strange and complex the way October should be. Salud!
