“Show-Me Sour,” Boulevard, Side Project Collabo!
ABV around 4%.
Tastes like dark plum wine aged in oak. This beer is dark like a Belgian Quad. The brew was aged in whisky barrels and then blended with a fresh kettle batch. Many sour styles are blurring the line between beer and wine. Perhaps these beers can be a bridge for wine enthusiasts? This is especially true with the additions of fruit and traditional wine grapes into this styles brewing process.

According to a recent Gallup Poll:
Currently, 53% of men name beer as their favorite drink and 20% wine.
Among women, 52% say they drink wine most often, and 20% beer.
Maybe we will see more women at beer tasting events? The beer scene definatly needs that.
