There has been a run on bourbon over the last decade and beyond. Many of the affordable bottles that made bourbon a great buy have now become allocated and hard to find. The popularity has exploded. Many of the foursquare rums are aged in ex-bourbon barrels and have 12 year age statements. So, a lot of my fellow bourbon enthusiasts should be well at home with the flavors of the exceptional cask series.
