RULES of FITNESS CLUB 4-8 WEEKS FEB-March:
#1 Any type of cardio exercise at least 3 days a week:
- RUN
- Dance
- Bike
- Hike
- Row
- Whatever
#2 Do at least 1 leg exercise or 1 weight training exercise EVERYDAY:
Leg Examples:
#3 Eliminate or greatly reduce one junk food item from your diet. Examples:
- Soda
- Candy
- Ice Cream
- Bread
#4 Pick a day preferably Saturday or Sunday to enjoy a BEER
